We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account information, though we will take reasonable steps to investigate reports of compromised accounts.
You may not sell, transfer, lease, or otherwise permit another person to use your account. Accounts are personal to the individual who registered them and may not be assigned without our prior written consent.
Acceptable Use of the elvori Platform

- Harassment and threats: sending abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or sexually explicit unsolicited messages, or continuing contact after a member has asked you to stop.
- Solicitation and financial scams: requesting money, gift cards, cryptocurrency, financial account details, or investment participation from another member, or directing them to a scheme outside the Platform.
- Illegal content or activity: posting or sharing content that violates applicable law, including content depicting or facilitating exploitation, violence, or illegal transactions.
- Doxxing: sharing another member's private information, such as a home address, workplace, or real name, without their consent.
- Contact with minors: any attempt to contact, solicit, or engage a person under 18 through the Platform, which will be treated as a zero-tolerance violation.
Members can report suspicious or abusive accounts directly through the in-app report tool or by contacting our support mailbox listed in the Contact section below. Confirmed violations typically result in content removal, warnings, suspension, or permanent termination depending on severity, and we reserve the right to report unlawful conduct, such as financial scams or exploitation attempts, to appropriate law enforcement authorities.
Intellectual Property and User Content
All platform materials, including the elvori name, logo, interface design, software, and underlying code, are owned by elvori or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of these materials to you, and you may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from them except as expressly permitted.
When you upload photos, messages, or other content to your profile ("User Content"), you retain ownership of that content, but you grant elvori a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and transmit that User Content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Platform, such as showing your profile to other members within your chosen visibility settings.
You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all rights to the User Content you upload, and that it does not infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party. We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to remove User Content that we believe violates these Terms or applicable law.
Disclaimers of Warranty
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that you will find a match, that any particular member's profile is accurate, or that the Platform will operate without interruption, delay, or error.
We do not control and are not responsible for the conduct of any member, whether on or off the Platform. We do not conduct criminal background checks on members, and no verification process can eliminate all risk. As a plain-language safety reminder: always meet new people in a public place for the first time, tell a friend where you're going, and never send money or sensitive financial information to someone you have only met online.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, elvori and its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim, or a nominal sum reflecting the service's free-to-browse model. Suspension and Termination of Accounts

Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ends immediately, and we may remove your profile and associated User Content from public visibility. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the laws of the state in which elvori's operator maintains its principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. If you access the Platform from outside that state, you remain subject to the obligations described in these Terms, in addition to any mandatory consumer-protection rules that apply in your own location.
Before pursuing a formal claim, you agree to first contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally by describing the issue and the resolution you are seeking. Most concerns can be resolved this way without further action.
