elvori collects personal information directly from you, automatically through your use of the platform, and occasionally from third parties, in order to operate an anonymous dating sites experience that still allows for real local matching. We use the information above for five core purposes: creating and operating your account; generating local matches and surfacing relevant profiles; preventing fraud, impersonation, and abuse; sending service-related communications such as security alerts or policy updates; and complying with applicable legal obligations. Age assurance, age estimation and age assurance - what the terms mean

Age Assurance and 18+ Data Handling
Access to elvori is restricted to adults aged 18 and over, and the age-assurance data we collect exists solely to confirm that eligibility, never for marketing profiling. Depending on the signal strength required, an age check may rely on lower-friction inference signals, moderate-assurance database or payment-method matching, or, in limited cases, a harder identity check involving document or biometric verification.
As of early 2026, there is still no single federal age-verification law in the United States; close to half of all states now impose some form of age-gating requirement, and obligations are set and enforced primarily at the state level rather than nationally. Because requirements vary by state and continue to evolve, elvori monitors applicable state law and adjusts its age-assurance method accordingly rather than committing to one fixed technical approach.
Regardless of which method is used for a given account, we follow a data-minimization practice: we collect only the data point needed to answer the yes/no age question, we do not retain the underlying verification document or biometric template longer than is needed to complete the check, and we do not reuse age-assurance data for advertising or profiling purposes. Sharing With Service Providers and Legal Disclosures
elvori does not sell your personal information to unrelated third parties. Deleting your account removes your profile and message history from active systems, though limited records may be retained for a short period where necessary for fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal compliance obligations described elsewhere in this policy.
How We Protect Your Information
elvori applies administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, or loss.
